Contractee consent does not offer user content, which is grossly harmful, blasphemous, ethically objectionable, encouraging money, hateful, racist, money laundering of gambling, violent, pedophilic, invasion of privacy, unlawful, pornographic, disparaging, obscene or other aspects of the offensive which Swift India Company determines. Whether such content may be protected by legal law. Swift India Company Is not entitled to obligate, to remove, to monitor, to obligate without notifying you.

Network Access and Devices

The contractee is accountable for retaining data connection access relevant to the usage of services. Mobile connection data and message rate or fee apply on the access of services from wireless devices wherein contractee shall be liable for such cost. Contractee is responsible for obtaining and updating hardware and devices significant for services use and Swift India Company platform. Swift India Company does not guarantee those services or any portion thereof and will operate on any specific devices or hardware. Further, such services are subject to malfunctions or delays inherent to internet and electronic connection.

1. Payment

You may now understand the services that may result in a charge you received from a third party once you obtain the services through the usage section, Swift India Company facilitates payment with applicable charges on behalf of third party vendors. In this manner, it considers that payment will be made directly to the third-party vendor. Swift India Company may charge a convenience fee for the services offered to you. The fee will be either charged on making a booking or upon the completion of the service.

These charges are inclusive of applicable taxes. A fee paid by you is non-refundable and final. Under the consumer law legislation, a consumer is entitled to the refund upon the significant failure of service. The contractee has the right to appeal for a fee from a third party and lower charges. Swift India Company shall respond to you accordingly in correspondence to the appeal from third-party vendors to amend certain services charges.

All fee amount is due instantly, and payment facilitates by Swift India Company using a preferable payment method assigned to your account. After making the payment, we send you an email receipt. On the expiry of your primary payment account, the contractee must be agreed to transfer the amount in the second method payment, if required.

Between contractee and Swift India Company, Swift India Company shall reserve the right to remove and reduce the charges for the use of available services at any time in the sole discretion. In addition, a contractee is required to agree upon the fee, and charges go higher by the Swift India Company upon the high demand. Swift India Company uses reasonable efforts to inform the contractee of fees and charges that may apply. You will be responsible for incurred costs under your user account besides your awareness of the amount thereof. Swift India Company may provide discounts and promotional coupons frequently, which shall be charged for the same services. You are requested to agree to such promotional coupons and discounts until available to you and shall have no bearing of charges applicable to you and uses of services.

Furthermore, applicable taxes shall be charged upon the cancellation fee, charged under your Swift India Company account.

In addition, Swift India Company at regular intervals provides subscription packages to contractees for exchange of monetary factors, excessive benefits like discounted prices services from third parties will be available to you. Said benefits would be available for a limited time, which you may agree on in advance.

The payment structure is expected to be fully redeemed by third-party vendors for the services provided to you. Swift India Company is not aligned with any tip of your payment and any portion thereof. Representation of Swift India Company with the effect of payment up is voluntary, not required in the payment. Swift India Company does not make additional payment despite described payment to third parties. A contractee understands and agrees upon, whilst you are free to offer excessive payment in gratuity form to any third party vendor who provides you services. Once you receive the service, you are requested to rate your experience with us and leave a review about a third-party service provider.

It is stated that fees and applicable charges are requested to make for the services offered by third-party service providers to you and the services offered by Swift India Company to you.
